Welcome to ModernBusiness (the "Membership"). By enrolling in our programs or accessing our content on the Kajabi platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, we’ll be sad to see you go, but you may not access the Membership.

1. Membership Access & Eligibility

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to join.

  • Account Integrity: Your membership is for you alone.

  • License: Upon purchase, we grant you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal educational use.

2. Payment, Subscriptions & Cancellations

  • Fees: You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase.

  • Recurring Billing: If you signed up for a subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (weekly/other).

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least [e.g., 48 hours] before your renewal date.

  • Refunds: Not available.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything you see inside this membership—videos, workbooks, templates, graphics, and text—is owned by ModernBusiness and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You May: Download materials specifically designated as "downloadable" for your personal use.

  • You May Not: Copy, redistribute, resell, or "spin" our content to create your own products. If you want to share what you’ve learned, we’d love for you to refer friends to the sign-up page!

4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

If your membership includes a community forum or comments section:

  • Be Cool: No harassment, hate speech, or "spamming" other members with your own offers.

  • Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of your fellow students. What is discussed in the group stays in the group.

  • Suspension: We reserve the right to remove you from the platform if you violate these conduct standards, without a refund.

5. No Guarantees (Disclaimer)

We are here to provide the tools and education, but we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., income or professional success). Your success depends on your own effort, resources, and implementation. Any testimonials shared are examples of what is possible, not a promise that you will achieve the same.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModernBusiness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the membership or reliance on the information provided. Use the information at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of Nevada, USA.
